Lovely and
versatile - Very stylish shoe, made of nice, soft leather. I
just got these in black (ordered late Mon night, received Wed
afternoon!). They definitely require a 'breaking in' period,
but they feel as though they have the potential to be really
comfortable. The leather will stretch eventually, but until
then they pinch a bit in the toe area. The back strap doesn't
fall off of me, but it does sit a bit low and I keep wanting
to pull it up; but it pretty much stays. I'm a true size 8 and
the 8 fits fine. My feet are medium-wide, and I still think
the shoe is flattering; again, the leather will eventually
stretch to accommodate a medium-wide foot. These shoes look
great with everything I've tried on: jeans, slacks, and
dresses. I'm self-conscious of my larger-sized calves and feel
that these elongate the leg by not breaking it up (with a
strap) and giving me some height. The heel is a little bit
thin in terms of balancing a larger leg, but it will do. The
heel is not difficult to walk in, but as I said before, these
shoes will be slightly uncomfortable for a couple weeks. Worth
